Ahi Tuna Salad

Ahi Tuna Salad is one of the most popular dishes at J. Alexander’s. We start with fresh, never frozen tuna that is flown in twice weekly from the Marshall Islands in the South Pacific. Our tuna filets are then cut in-house daily by our chefs. The salad is Asian-inspired and includes a tuna filet, seared and cooked rare on top of field greens and wasabi, finished with a cilantro vinaigrette.
